Dreaming of pretty things...

So, without going into a lot of detail, we've had a couple of changes take place in the ole' "selling our house" situation lately.  Nothing too big (no, we haven't sold yet), but we are hoping things will move right along.  We are closing in on 20 showings (yes, we are blessed!), but no formal offers as of yet.  However, Andy and I are keeping our heads up, sending our prayers up, and hoping for the best.  We are very fortunate that we do not HAVE to move right now, so we are just waiting it out and cleaning more than we ever thought we were capable of.

All that being said, I have been "stewing" (as I like to say) about all of the decorating changes I am NOT making right now because I can't.  I won't allow myself to do anything other than keep up the landscaping at this point--I'm saving our money and my energy for the next hizzy.  But, I can't help but look at all of the fun options out there and dream a little.  In fact, I've started a "Home Idea" file on my computer to house all of the things I want to try in the next Bozeman Bungalow.  Here are a few "pretties" that I have seen lately...

As spotted on Better After, I LOVED this chevron striped dresser.  Anyone have a crappy dresser out there that you'll let me stripe???

LOVE these curtains.  Find me this fabric, Mom...STAT. :)

I'm going to make a copycat of this headboard...mark my word.

I like this kitchen...and the accent wall right off of the kitchen.  Crossing my fingers for a future kitchen island...

I love bead board in bathrooms...doesn't this one look so clean and crisp?  How long do we think it will stay looking this clean and crisp?

Different take on the bead board...too dark?  I'm kind of liking it.

I like this room.  Interesting patterns and layering...

Well, these are the things that get me through the day.  I dream of imaginary future spaces to decorate...kind of pathetic, I know.  Don't judge unless your house is on the market. :)
