Don't Judge Me...

It took me over a year to get this done.  I had secretly been avoiding it because I was afraid of what I would find.  I mean, this house WAS a bachelor pad before I moved in.  Today I attacked...the PANTRY.

I refuse to even show you a "before" picture because I fear that you really will judge me.  It was really bad.  On the top shelf I even found a cake pan full of cake crumbs (no clue how old that cake was).  Yes, Andy will hear about that when he gets home.  It was a disgusting job that took me over an hour to complete, but I think the finished result looks much better.  You may look at the following pictures and think, "Wow, that still looks cluttered."  Yes, yes it does.  We have a lot of stuff, okay?  Just know that this looks one hundred percent better than it did this morning.  Thank goodness for Snow Days!

Tah-Dah!  You can actually see the floors!

All of my cookbooks are stacked WHERE I CAN REACH THEM now.  Why have I lived with a mess for so long?  Much better.

I tackled another mini project today...the Wall o' Diplomas in the office!

I used paper again this time.  I don't know how to hang picture groupings without it!

Um, we have one more diploma to frame--can you tell?

I tried to balance the frames.  We each have a Lipscomb diploma and a Tennessee Tech diploma--No, we didn't plan this.  So, the Tech diplomas are hung diagonally together, as well as the Lipscomb diplomas.  As it turned out, my two diplomas are hung together on the right and Andy's are on the left.

Well, one of Andy's diplomas is hanging on the left. :)

Hopefully this productivity will continue through the rest of the day!
