6-Love, 6-1 (Duncan Wins)

Duncan has a new fascination.  He goes through phases.  It started with socks, he went through a short-lived panty phase, then there were stuffed toys, the ever-popular and disgusting bathroom trash can raids, and now we are on to tennis balls.

In case you didn't know, Andy loves tennis.  Therefore, we have an abundance of tennis balls around the house.  Specifically, in Andy's tennis bag in one of the spare bedrooms.  Duncan found this bag recently.  Not good.

If you haven't heard from the little guy in a while...check this room.  You can be 95% sure he is neck-deep in Andy's bag.

I mean, really?

One might think that 1-2 tennis balls would be more than enough.  Oh no!  What's the fun in that?  Duncan has at least 3-4 in each room of the house now.

Here are four in the living room...along with a one-armed monkey.

And another one in the bonus room WITH the arm of the earlier mentioned one-armed monkey.  Please notice the striped bin in the background.  This is supposed to hold all of Duncan's toys--he isn't conforming (clearly).

Is that a fallen Christmas ornament?  No, that's yet another tennis ball.

You might ask, why not close up the bag/room to stop the madness?  Because this little face gets us every time.  He's just so darn cute.  The tennis ball saga brings a bit of excitement to a dog who is forced to spend most of his days in a cage.

And, not to mention, it's hilarious to find him getting the same cheap thrill day after day from a new tennis ball find.  We are toast when we finally choose to have REAL kids, aren't we???

P.S.--Did you notice the tennis score-like title of the post?  Andy helped me a bit on that. :)
